Course summary

We have a rich, thirty-year history of delivering our Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) to transform ambitious managers into responsible leaders with strategic thinking capability. Our committed EMBA team ensures that the programme curriculum constantly evolves to ensure our graduates acquire the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to excel in contemporary business environments. As part of our development of the EMBA, we are currently redesigning the programme and are excited to launch a new EMBA course in the autumn of 2024. Our new programme will be designed to fit in with working full-time and studying part-time. We will make use of online teaching options together with intensive teaching blocks where you are able to discuss contemporary organisational challenges with world-class leading Lancaster faculty as well as with students on the course from diverse backgrounds. Our programme is underpinned by practical, work-focused assignments, where you apply and evaluate some of the theories you have just learnt to create actionable recommendations for your organisation.
