Course summary
Mae ein cynllun gradd Hanes a Chysylltiadau Rhyngwladol yn canolbwyntio ar wleidyddiaeth a hanes diweddar gan osod astudiaeth syniadau a sefydliadau gwleidyddol yng nghyd-destun deall datblygiadau hanesyddol. Cyfuna’r cwrs arbenigedd gwyddonwyr gwleidyddol a haneswyr mewn cwrs sydd â strwythur integredig a fydd yn caniatáu dewis eang o fodiwlau i ti. Bydd y dysgu yn cael ei rannu rhwng Adran Hanes a Hanes Cymru ac Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol; mae gan y ddwy enw da am eu gwaith dysgu ac ymchwil yn eu meysydd perthnasol.
- Byddwch yn cael eich dysgu mewn dwy adran sydd â hanes hir a llewyrchus. Mae Hanes yn cael ei ddysgu yn Aberystwyth ers 1872, a'r Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol oedd y gyntaf o'i bath pan sefydlwyd hi yn 1919.
- Mae'r Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol ymysg y 40 uchaf yn y byd am ei henw da yn academaidd. (QS. 2017).
- Yn yr Arolwg Cenedlaethol o Fyfyrwyr (ACF) diweddaraf, roedd Prifysgol Aberystwyth ymhlith y 10 uchaf yn y DU am ansawdd ei dysgu yn y pynciau Hanes a Gwleidyddiaeth.
- Yn fyfyriwr ar y cwrs hwn, cewch eich mentora a'ch tywys gan ddarlithwyr sy'n frwdfrydig ac yn ymroddedig i greu amgylchedd dysgu rhagorol a deinamig ichi.

- Mae’r Adran Gwleidyddiaeth Ryngwladol yn rhedeg yr enwog 'Gemau Argyfwng' - ymarferion chwarae rôl dros dri diwrnod sy'n ymdrin ag ymarferion gwleidyddol, economaidd a diplomyddol a fydd yn datlygu'ch sgiliau trafodaeth a chyfathrebu, meddwl yn feirniadol, gweithio'n rhan o dîm, a datrys problemau.

A minimum grade C or grade 4 pass in GCSE (or equivalent) English or Welsh is a requirement for entry to all our degree schemes. Business, Psychology, Mathematics, and Science degree schemes also require a minimum grade C or grade 4 pass in Mathematics and/or Science at GCSE (or equivalent).
