Course summary
The Initial Year of the Extended Degree Science - Geography and Environmental Sciences, provides a good grounding in fundamental science including biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics along with options for more advanced study or more specialised topics, for example ecology. It is designed to allow students some flexibility to tailor their module choices to their interests and abilities, and relevance to their preferred degree programme. Students will progress to level 4 in a BSc (Hons) degree in one of the following: Geography, Human Geography, Physical Geography, and Environmental Management and Ecology.
