Course summary
The Human Resource Management (International Route) Level 6 Top-up degree is a one academic year (September to June), full-time, campus-based course, designed for international students who have a Level 5 equivalent (e.g. HND or associate degree) in the field of Human Resource Management. This course is for you if you wish to continue your studies at final year (Level 6) honours level in the UK and develop your English language, academic, vocational and research skills at the same time. Please note this course is only for those who are aged 18 years or older. The course helps you adjust to studying in the UK whilst you earn a UK honours degree. It also helps you develop the skills and knowledge necessary for postgraduate study in the UK and/or vocational skills for English-medium work in your field. On this programme you will:
- Develop the academic and communication skills you need to perform at postgraduate level in English or in an HRM-based role which requires English.
- Gain contemporary knowledge of HRM approaches and processes.
