Course summary
You’ll focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application – which you’ll explore through a Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops. Our Master’s Stage Award is ideal if you already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – or you’ve demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage. Whether you’ve worked in HRM/HRD for a number of years or you’ve recently moved into HRM/HRD – and you’d like to progress into more senior management positions – this award provides techniques and academic theory to underpin your work. Entry requirements
To study MSc Masters Stage you will need: A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D, or possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award IELTS 6.5 (6.0 writing, 5.5 all other components) EU and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other component) or equivalent.

International students will need to produce evidence of an acceptable score on an approved English language test such as IELTS. We run pre-sessional English language courses to help you prepare for undergraduate or postgraduate study.
