Prepare for a leading role in the IT industry with our MEng Computer Science/Software Engineering. Our course will develop your technical understanding of building large software systems, and also your management and teamwork skills. A flexible approach means you can choose to go deeper into topics that will get you the graduate role you want. Spend a year working in industry to test-drive career options. Explore the principles of programming, algorithms and AI, and learn professional software engineering techniques. You’ll be able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced industry. Choose a project with a major software or research element and specialise in fields such as computer security, human-computer interaction, theoretical computer science, robotics or natural computation.
