GERMAN: - German involves the study of a key European language and its culture. At Glasgow we provide a wide spectrum of teaching, ranging from the 18th century to contemporary culture. You will combine the study of language and culture in courses that focus on using German in practical and professional contexts, which makes our graduates stand out when applying for jobs. POLITICS:- Politics is the study of the way power and influence are distributed within society and how this affects decision making within and among countries and states. You will study a wide variety of topics within the discipline of politics including courses in international relations, political theory and British politics. You will have the opportunity to take part in our growing study abroad programme.
