Study the built environment from concept to completion. BSc(Hons) Real Estate and Development brings together property valuation, management and development, with sustainability integral to how the built environment is planned, delivered and managed. Why study real estate? BSc(Hons) Real Estate and Development reflects the expanding scope of the modern property profession. Alongside core real estate disciplines, such as valuation, management and investment, the course develops knowledge of property development, planning and strategic land use.
