An increasingly globalised economy has witnessed a significant increase in cross-border transactions. These transactions have introduced complex legal challenges for lawyers working in international business disputes. Our LLM in International Commercial Law explores large international business transactions and the legal, political, economic, and social factors combined with the skills that you need to know. You’ll examine how international business operates through trade, licensing of technology, and foreign direct investment. Entry requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Law (or a related subject, such as Business, Accountancy and Finance, Economics, Politics, International Relations) at a minimum of a 2:2. Or, a Bachelor's degree in any subject alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (or a related subject, such as Business, Accountancy and Finance, Economics, Politics, International Relations). If you do not meet the entry requirements you may, if you have relevant professional experience, still be invited for interview, where you will be required to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding for entry onto the course. Previous study, professional and / or vocational experiences may be recognised as the equivalent learning experience and permit exemption from studying certain modules in accordance with our accreditation of prior learning (APL) process.
