Course summary

This MA fosters evidence-based practice, encouraging you to make direct and meaningful connections between the course and your own experiences and aspirations. It engages you with key and contemporary issues in education, in the UK and globally, and broadens your knowledge of educational ideas and research findings, prompting you to identify and justify recommendations for further action. The course is designed to support development across a range of educational professions, placing you in the best position to develop your work as a classroom practitioner or leader, usually in schools, the lifelong-learning sector and universities. Intermediate qualifications available: Postgraduate certificate – 60 credits at Masters level Postgraduate diploma – 120 credits at Masters level Facilities and specialist equipment
