Assessment method
We use a range of assessment methods throughout the course, which include: Presentations (individual and group), essays, reports and case studies, dissertation and a workplace/consultancy project.
Entry requirements
An honours degree (2:2 or above) in a related subject area such as any built environment-related field (civil engineering, quantity surveying, estimating, construction management, architecture etc.), accountancy, finance, business, management etc. Minimum English Language entry requirements: IELTS Academic 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any component) or equivalent.
