The Pearson BTEC Community Coaching for England HNC Level 4 is a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) that has been approved against employer developed standards, also known as occupational standards. Build positive relationships within communities to prepare for roles within the sports, education and social services sectors. Gain a comprehensive understanding of inclusive coaching principles and practices within community settings, including the fundamentals of sport and exercise psychology, anatomy and physiology, and lifestyle coaching. You will develop effective communication and leadership skills to tailor coaching strategies to diverse groups.
