Assessment method
We use a wide variety of assessment methods on this programme which will reflect the breadth of knowledge and skills you will develop on this Entrepreneurship MSc. These methods may include: Reflections where you will identify your own experiences and opinions. Essays, including some based-on case study material will assess the quality and application of your knowledge. Management reports will test your knowledge of topics such as research methodologies, your ability to formulate research questions and answer them appropriately. Enterprise and innovation portfolio will allow you to reflect on entrepreneurial activity in the development of your new business venture. Oral presentations will assess your subject knowledge, understanding and teamworking skills. The applied dissertation will examine your capabilities to work independently, formulate and competently answer a specific research topic. If you undertake a Consultancy Project, you will be tested on your ability to work independently with business clients on a specific project of benefit to that organisation. You will undertake a final project report and presentation as part of this project's assessment. The Entrepreneurship project will assess your ability to identify, develop and validate an opportunity. It tests your ability to research, build stakeholder networks and to evaluate a business case.
