Our Entrepreneurship MSc develops your understanding of entrepreneurship and its role in business and society. It combines conceptual foundations with their practical application providing you with the expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to start your own business or drive innovation and growth within an organisation. You'll study how to take an idea and turn it into action, exploring the early stages of starting a business and covering key essentials like business planning, funding, and legal requirements. You’ll create, launch and manage a pop-up business from concept to operations, testing ideas and building confidence in your abilities and creativity, while examining key elements of business creation including site selection, marketing, product design and logistics. The innovation lifecycle is analysed, with a focus on developing expertise in strategies for nurturing, implementing and sustaining innovation within existing organisations. You’ll explore the challenges in managing innovation, adapting to market demands, and how to enhance competitive advantage with sustainable practice.
