Our BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management covers all aspects of construction, real estate and civil engineering. Assessment method
Modules are assessed using different methods such as project reports, coursework, individual and group presentations, and exams to enable you to develop the best understanding of the subject area. Feedback is normally provided to students within 15 working days in line with UEL's assessment and feedback policy. YEAR 1: Coursework 30%, Exams 50%, Work-based assessment 20% YEAR 2: Coursework 40%, Exams 40%, Work-based assessment 20% YEAR 3: Coursework 60%, Exams 30%, Work-based assessment 10%
