Join this direct entry Hospitality Management degree in the final year as a direct, overseas, entrant This hospitality management course is targeted at those with prior university study in this area who are looking to use the modules this course offers to build on their previous study. The course explores strategic hospitality management, innovation and business planning, and revenue management for hospitality. You’ll also choose two option modules - one from a list which includes a consultancy project or dissertation; and one from a list which includes event venue management, contemporary issues in international tourism, and managing HR in tourism and hospitality.
