Providing you with an understanding of both the people and technical skills necessary for the successful management of engineering projects - as well as sought-after organisational and strategic aspects - graduates of this course enter the world of work with an robust portfolio of skills. You will also learn the processes used to produce, process and service engineering-based innovation projects - from idea through relevant analyses to launch. As you study new innovative and potential improvements to products and their processes, we also consider how to gain competitive advantage and how intellectual property is protected and exploited. This is just one of four excellent MSc courses within our Management of Projects Group of Programmes.
