Start your career as a Speech and Language Therapist. Advance your foundations in scientific, linguistic and psychological knowledge alongside evidence-based practice. Our Speech and Language Therapy MSc has been designed to enable you to apply for registration with the professional health regulation bodies when you graduate. These are the UK Health and Professions Council (HCPC) and the UK Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). With this degree you will be able to practice under the protected title of ‘Speech and Language Therapist’.

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:
