Course summary
The overall aim of the course is to produce safe, competent, reflective cardiac physiology practitioners who are committed to continuing professional development in order to meet the needs of changing populations and employment contexts. The course will equip graduates with the entrepreneurial skills to be creative and innovative in the development of the discipline and practice of cardiac physiology. Graduates of this programme will be eligible to apply for registration with the Academy of Healthcare Science. The Associate Bachelor's degree aims to produce graduates with the skills to work in cardiac associate practitioner roles and undertake further study. The Certificate in Higher Education aims to support students to develop knowledge and understanding of health physiology and the skills required for further study and employment.
