PROGRAMME STRUCTURE You will take nine core and two optional courses and submit a dissertation. Over the course of your degree, you will put theory into practice by combining your learning from the two main subject areas, international business and entrepreneurship, to develop a start–up plan for a business with international potential. You will then develop your understanding of how firms compete successfully in the international market place. Throughout the year you will develop practical, intellectual and transferable skills through a range of group and individual activities. You will also be involved in internationalisation consultancy projects with real companies. Our alumni have either set up their own business, or worked in SMEs, consultancy or multinational companies such as AMT Group, Google and IGI Global, in a management capacity. We have a dedicated careers and employability team who provides 1-2-1 support and advice, group workshops, employer events on campus and networking opportunities throughout the year to help you with your career prospects.

Entry requirements

2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Business Management, Marketing or Commerce OR a Social Science degree with at least 5 credit bearing modules in Management and/or Marketing at an average grade of pass. Applicants with 2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in any subject with 2 years work experience in a relevant sector (Marketing or Business) might be considered.
