Foundation Year: Mental Wealth and Professional Fitness, Creative and Technology Industries Study Skills, Creative and Technology Industries Data Skills, Media and Communication Skills, Architecture and Visual Arts in Practice. Year 1: Mental Wealth 1: Academic and Digital Proficiency, Fundamentals of Economics, Business Statistics and Data Analysis, Foundations of Marketing, People and Organisations, Fundamentals of Business Accounting. Year 2: Graduate Employability Competencies (Mental Wealth 2), Managing and Coordinating the HR Function, Resourcing and Talent Management, Employment Law, Reward Management, Learning and Development (optional), International HRM (optional), HRM Work-Based Reflective Practice (optional), Optional Placement. Year 3: Global Enterprise and Consultancy Practice (Mental Wealth 3), Applied HR Project, Employee Engagement & Employment Relations, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Strategic HRM & Leadership in Organisations, Business Ethics & Business Research.

Assessment method

You will be provided with feedback throughout the year on your progress during tutorial sessions. All modules are assessed individually against specific criteria, at the end of the academic year. Studio work that is developed throughout the course will be assessed within a design portfolio with supporting studies in the form of a bound report. We can also assess online and multi-media submissions appropriately. There will be no closed-book examinations in this course. A final assessment takes place at the end of each academic year. Feedback is provided within 15 working days in line with UEL's assessment and feedback policy.
