WHAT WILL I STUDY? The HND in Hospitality Management offers specialist pathways designed to support progression into relevant occupational areas or on to degree-level study. You will develop a broad knowledge and awareness of key aspects of hospitality through two core units. The units are:
  • Research project (Pearson set)
  • Hospitality interpersonal skills
You will also study four further optional units:
  • Menu development, planning and design
  • Managing and Planning an Event
  • Diet and nutrition
  • Managing and running as small business

Assessment method
