Our human resource management degree is designed to teach you how to develop people and their skills – key to the success of any business. BA Hons Human Resource Management will teach you about people management, employee relations, reward and motivation, cross-cultural and diversity management, and employment law. You will also explore teamwork and leadership and take pioneering courses in HR metrics and analytics.
