In this on line distance programme you will learn to see the world differently and develop a deeper understanding of the human mind. Regardless of your prior experience with psychology, you will explore this complex yet fascinating subject to develop a broad and critical awareness of psychological theory and practice, as well as practical experience in innovative research methods. Our aim is to help students develop enquiring, problem-oriented minds with sufficient awareness of important research and applications in psychology to enable successful pursuit of careers in psychology and related disciplines. - This conversion programme is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is designed to provide you with an opportunity to develop intellectual, practical, and professional skills that will be helpful in your future career, whatever that may be.
- Upon graduating from our programme, you can apply for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the BPS. With a GBC, you can then go on to further study in a specialist area and become a chartered psychologist.
- This programme is taught jointly by the Schools of Psychology and Education. Psychology at the University of Glasgow is rated very highly for both teaching and research.

2:1 honours degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. GPA 3.0 or above) For applicants whose first language is not English, the University sets a minimum English Language proficiency level.
