Explore the essential skills required to thrive in today’s dynamic music industry This programme is subject to validation. Updated for September 2025, the new Music Production Degree offers students the opportunity to expand their sonic palette and discover the creative potential of the recording studio. This course gives students access to industry-standard facilities and state-of-the-art digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools and Logic Pro X and also our ever-extending collection of microphones. We aim to provide students with real industry scenarios, enabling them to gain the knowledge and understanding of what goes into creating, producing, engineering and mixing a finished product. The course also encourages creative growth for students working on their own music production skills both at home and in the studio. The research aspects of the course will encourage students to find their passion and push the boundaries of the industry as we currently know it.
