Covering a diverse range of topics such as global hospitality organisations and tourism drivers and trends, you will experience the industry first-hand, through work placements and residentials in real-working environments. Year 1: Creativity, Enterprise and Scholarship, Global Hospitality Organisations, Professional Practice in Tourism, Hospitality and Events and Tourism Today. Year 2: Contemporary Issues in Global Hospitality Industry, Tourism Drivers and Trend, Global Meetings Industry and Business Events and Destination Management Field Work.

Assessment method

Assessment methods include practical assessments, case studies, poster presentations, work placements, reflective writing, personal development planning, exams, written assignments and a research seminar/conference presentation.
