Course summary

This one-year top-up course is for those who already have qualifications (Level 4 and 5 or 240 credits) or experience in a relevant field and wish to gain a full degree in business management with a specialism in human resource management (HRM). It is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and professional competency to work in a modern business environment while building your understanding of HR theory; the strategic role of HR; people development; contemporary HR practices; and effective HR solutions for a range of contexts. Other pathway options include: Business Analytics Digital Marketing Finance International Business Facilities and specialist equipment

  • New, state-of-the-art business analytics suite to support data analytics, 'big-data', data mining, digital marketing, SEO and other management skills
  • Our London Stock Exchange Group trading room, reacting to live ‘stock-market’ data
  • Software includes Microsoft Power BI and Vensim simulation, for analysing complex and messy business problems, plus VR immersive skills practice
  • Access to Sage, Eikon and the econometrics software STATA.
Your student experience
