Course summary

This one-year top-up course is for those who already have qualifications (Level 4 and 5 or 240 credits) or experience in a relevant field and wish to gain a full degree in business management with a specialism in human resource management (HRM). It is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and professional competency to work in a modern business environment while building your understanding of HR theory; the strategic role of HR; people development; contemporary HR practices; and effective HR solutions for a range of contexts.
