Spatial designers creatively shape the environments we live, work, and play in, making them functional, beautiful and sustainable. Our well-established Interior Architecture BA(Hons) course explores a diverse range of disciplines and encourages you to reimagine and experiment with the design of the spaces we live in. Working on live projects, you'll develop flexible problem-solving skills and gain confidence to tackle complex challenges with a critical and creative approach. Modules
In Year 1, design studies establishes your individual skills, specialist knowledge and practices. In Year 2 you will broaden and deepen your awareness of the field – this is time for creative experimentation and exploration of new territories. In Year 3 you will have opportunities to apply your skills and spatial design awareness. This final year consolidates your knowledge, enabling you to develop an independent creative voice, and prepare you for entry into professional practice or further research.
