BSc Real Estate Development and Planning is a planning course with a difference, giving you an edge over those working in the property market. Real Estate and Planning at the University of Reading ranks 2nd in the UK for Land and Property Management (Complete University Guide, 2022). This programme matches the BSc Real Estate course for the first two years in order to build your foundation knowledge. In the third year, you will specialise in development and planning and complete your undergraduate studies.
