Modules
Understand how people think, make choices and collaborate so they can do their best work. On this MBA, you'll study organisational psychology and behaviour to understand what drives performance in workplace settings. Modules like cyberpsychology explore how digital environments shape behaviour and culture as teams become increasingly remote. You'll examine transformation and leadership challenges to see how psychological insight affects business decisions, and study agile HRM to understand how people strategy shapes organisational outcomes. Leadership runs through every module. Alongside the application of psychology, you'll study strategy, change management and financial intelligence. By graduation, you'll be ready to set culture, lead through change and make decisions grounded in psychological insight.
