Assessment method
Mae cynllun y rhaglen yn darparu’r cyfle i asesiadau gael eu cysylltu’n agos ag arfer ystafell ddosbarth a thynnu ar brofiad a geir o brofiad personol. Mae’r dull hwn yn sefydlu’r cysylltiadau rhwng dysgu deallusol a dysgu trwy brofiadau ymhellach. Er enghraifft, bydd rhaid i fyfyrwyr gynllunio, cynnal, gwerthuso a rhannu prosiect ymchwil agos i arfer a fydd yn effeithio’n uniongyrchol ar ddysgwyr. Lle bynnag y bo’n bosibl, caiff aseiniadau eu cyflwyno a’u marcio’n electronig i hwyluso adborth amserol ac effeithiol. Mae elfennau asesu’n cynnwys aseiniadau ysgrifenedig, poster digidol, portffolios, fideo unigol a phrosiect ymchwil.
