The Sussex MBA helps you gain responsible, sustainable and innovative leadership skills for today’s disrupted, digital world. Guided by leading academics and industry experts, you’ll gain a range of management and leadership skills. You’ll develop your critical and strategic thinking, and learn to apply cutting-edge business theory in practice. Students on our MBA come from all over the world and have experience in a range of industries. This diversity helps open up new ways of thinking. Through teamwork you’ll delve into cross-cutting themes in the world of business. Our flexible study options allow you to fit the course around your work and personal life. Accreditation You’ll join the EQUIS and AMBA-accredited University of Sussex Business School.

Entry requirements

You should have at least a lower second-class (2.2) undergraduate honours degree. You must have a minimum of three years’ relevant full-time work experience after graduation. Applicants with lower academic results will generally need to demonstrate a longer duration of work experience. When assessing your application, we will look closely at your career progression in terms of roles and responsibilities, experience of managing projects and people, and how you have continued to develop your skills throughout your career to date.
