Course summary

Our Physiological Sciences MSci Honours focuses on understanding the molecular and cellular processes regulating the integrated homeostasis of organ systems of the human body (physiology). You'll gain an understanding of how these systems can respond to various challenges such as development and maturation, exercise, and pregnancy. You'll identify what goes wrong in severe pathophysiological circumstances such as heart and lung disease, ageing, congenital disease, and neurodegeneration.
