The course structure closely follows the requirements for the CIPD’s Advanced Diploma in HRM, offering you the opportunity to become a Chartered Member of the CIPD after successfully completing all the modules specified in their requirements. Entry requirements

A minimum of a 2:2 UK honours degree (or international equivalent) in either Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or Sociology. Candidates with a degree in another subject plus at least one year of relevant work experience will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. English language requirements IELTS Academic: Full-time 1 year: 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element. Part-time 2 years: 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element. Full time with placement (2 years): 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element.
