In an increasingly globalised economy, almost all businesses operate internationally. Trade, investment and finance cut across national boundaries, governed by a complex web of transnational laws and regulations. The demand for professionals who understand how law and business operate at a global level continues to grow. This LLM in International Commercial and Business Law offers advanced study in these engaging disciplines, preparing you for the challenges of advising companies, governments and other institutions on issues such as; the regulation of international trade, foreign investors' rights, and international litigation. We are in the process of refreshing our curriculum for the 2025/26 academic year to reflect best practices and the latest advancements in academia.
