Course summary

Explore the key concepts of financial sustainability, while preparing for a fast-paced finance career, with our BSc Finance (Sustainable Finance) degree. Recent changes in finance – including the need to focus on sustainable investment and environmental principles – have necessitated change across the financial world. Develop the key skills and knowledge to meet these changes head-on, as you gain expertise in sustainable finance and business ethics. Your studies will be underpinned by core modules on the essentials of business and finance, giving you a thorough understanding of the financial sector. Experts from Henley Business School will introduce you to the:

  • fundamental principles of accounting, finance and economics
  • quantitative techniques of finance
  • role of finance in business and society
  • ethics required to work in the finance industry.
As your studies progress, you’ll gain deeper knowledge of the core concepts of sustainable finance, including:
  • environmental economics
  • corporate social responsibility
  • responsible investment
  • sustainability reporting.
