Clinical experience with compassion Students at St Mary’s will learn the art of medicine through authentic service to patients in diverse NHS and community settings in London from Year 1 in bespoke innovative roles, some examples are given below: Year 1: students will be based in Primary Care and a Music Therapy Charity Year 2: students will undertake social action projects with local community groups with meaningful results Year 3: student will be trained in health coaching tackling preventable illness, lifestyle factors and social isolation Year 4: Students will take on patient advocacy roles, working alongside a wider multi-disciplinary team to support patients and improve patient outcomes Why St Mary’s?
