Course summary
This ‘top up route’ is designed for students who have successfully completed a Foundation Degree in Veterinary Nursing. You will undertake extended and advanced Level 6 modules to develop clinical nursing knowledge for modern practice. The programme may enable you to develop your knowledge in preparation for specialist certificates in teaching and learning, and business management. Please note applicants will need to have either fulfilled the regulatory framework and have already Registered as a Veterinary Nurse or be eligible to apply to join the RCVS Register of Veterinary Nurses. The programme is intended to provide extension and challenge to Level 5 qualified RCVS accredited Veterinary Nurses.

UCAS Tariff - Not accepted
55% (merit) or above in your Veterinary Nursing Foundation Degree to study our BSc (Hons) and be registered as a Veterinary Nurse with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Applicants who believe they may be eligible for Accreditation of Prior Certificated and/or Experiential Learning (APCL/APEL) will be considered on an individual basis.
