Course Overview Our BA (Hons) Business and Hospitality (with Foundation Year) course is co-designed with industry experts and gives you the skills, insight, and hands-on experience to be a future leader in the hospitality sector. This course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). On this course you’ll gain both academic and professional qualifications, at no extra cost you will receive:

  • A Business and Hospitality degree
  • A CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership
Explore the global hospitality sector through the lens of people, experiences, and innovation. Using real-world case studies and industry insight, you’ll learn how to:
  • Manage hotels, restaurants and enhance service culture

You’ll take part in an assessment centre experience to prepare you for the graduate job market and to help you to understand recruitment techniques. While you study, you’ll earn digital microcredentials to take a deep dive into the areas of hospitality, management and leadership you are most interested in.
