Course summary

Start dates: 1st October, 1st January, 1st April, 1st July. What human beings need and how societies meet those needs is at the heart of social policy. Our research addresses key contemporary social issues from national and international perspectives, examining themes such as social justice, equality, fairness, and citizenship. Entry requirements

Applicants need to have a first or a 2:1 (or equivalent) in an undergraduate degree from a UK or other approved university. If English is not your first language you will need an acceptable pass in an approved English Language qualification to make sure you get the full benefit from studying at Swansea. We consider a wide range of qualifications, including the Swansea University English Test, the British Council IELTS test (with a score of at least 6.5 in each component).
