Managing global projects in fields as diverse as marketing, operations and supply chains requires a variety of high-level management skills in order to manage projects effectively and efficiently across different cultures and societies. MSc Global Project Management is aimed at students who may not have studied business at undergraduate level. Project management is the discipline of organising resources to complete projects within defined time, cost and quality constraints, with acceptable levels of risk.
