You’ll explore topics such as how economic and political factors impact businesses in the Business Economics module, learn the essentials of branding and strategy in Marketing Principles, and understand how people and organisations work together in Organisational Behaviour and HR Management. In your second year, you’ll build on this foundation, developing skills in analysing global markets, understanding business law and exploring the role of AI, data ethics and emerging digital business models in the Managing Digital Transformation module. Alongside these, you can tailor your studies through option modules in areas such as digital marketing, leadership, sustainable operations, innovation and business analytics. In your final year, core modules such as Managing Teams and Developing People focus on applying practical leadership and management skills. The Strategy module enables you to analyse and implement business strategies at various levels, and Developing Professional Practice in Business involves a hands-on consultancy or business project to enhance your problem-solving and project management skills. As with your second year, you’ll have the freedom to shape your studies with a wide range of option modules. *Option modules are indicative and may change, depending on timetabling and staff availability.
