Our flexible Master’s in Facilities Management by distance learning will help you respond to the needs of different organisations to make the best use of commercial and business property. Assessment method
On this course, you are assessed by coursework. Some modules may also include practice assessments, which help you to monitor progress and make continual improvement. Each year has two formal summative assessments which count towards your final grade. These take place approximately 6 and 12 weeks into term.

Entry requirements
An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above, in a Built Environment subject such as, Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying or Architecture. Applicants without a degree that have relevant professional experience and membership of an appropriate professional body may be considered. Applicants from other backgrounds may be considered.
