Course description Electronic and electrical engineering is a dynamic and wide-ranging discipline, central to many of the technologies that underpin modern life. Specialist areas available include power electronics and electrical machines, semiconductor and photonic engineering, digital electronics and advanced computing and mobile and data communications. In addition to taught modules, you will undertake an individual research project, working alongside world-class academics and using state-of-the-art facilities. The project provides an opportunity to apply your knowledge to a real engineering problem, often in collaboration with industry or research centres.
