Approximately 60% of the global population live in cities and towns, and this number is rising. Cities face major issues like public health, fairness, sustainability, violence and displacement. MA Cities, Sustainability, and Wellbeing addresses these challenges and prepares you to make a difference. Whether you are interested in making our cities more sustainable and healthier, in environmental change, or in how cities respond to conflict and violence, this degree is for you. Through collaborative and interdisciplinary research and engagement, you will develop research skills and expertise across a diversity of urban, sustainability, and wellbeing challenges. Course highlights This new postgraduate pathway represents the breadth of disciplinary expertise in Human Geography around wellbeing and sustainable futures. This course prepares you to become global citizens, tackling global societal and environmental challenges.
