Course summary

The main aims of the MSc is: • To advance students’ knowledge and understanding of the nature of management and leading the manufacturing landscape of the future • To enhance their skills in areas that will equip them to become engineering leaders in industry applying cutting edge manufacturing strategies and principles combined with an economic vision and understanding of leading successful research and development projects as part of the Scotland’s initiative to become a leader in future manufacturing.


Entry requirements

Applicants should have, or expect to have, a first degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent. Applicants are expected to have achieved a good second class honours degree, or an equivalent standard where students have studied abroad. Relevant work experience is also considered, when 1 or 2:1 degree is not achieved. Please check our website for English language requirements.
