You'll explore materials, sustainability, and site management through real-world projects, live site visits, and workshops—building the knowledge and practical experience needed to manage construction costs and commercial decisions. With sustainable construction methods and technology at the core of your learning, this course will help you develop a thorough understanding about all of the important parts of the construction management process — finances, cost planning and estimating, law, contract administration, architectural science, through to building engineering and measurement.
