As part of your studies, you can gain Level 5 Diplomas from the CIPD and CMI to enhance your credentials. How you will learn All your learning is underpinned by our exceptional professional networks. This culminates in a live consultancy project with an employer, where you can showcase your HR, research and problem-solving skills. Opportunities and experiences You can choose to spend a year on placement or undertake summer internships. You will also benefit from an external CMI mentor, a senior business person to guide you at every stage of your studies. In between your second and third year, you can take an optional placement year or a summer internship.
