Assessment method
Our first-year modules are designed to develop the knowledge you already have, and give you a broad understanding of the key concepts of business and organisational management. In Year 2, you’ll turn your attention to the foundations that underlie much of financial management, as well as learning about entrepreneurship and project management. In Year 3, you’ll widen and deepen your knowledge and skills in finance and strategic management. You’ll also complete your major project – an opportunity to tackle a current, complex business issue as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualification requirements
GCSE/National 4/National 5
If you have achieved at least grade E in one A level, or equivalent, you are exempt from the two years post-GCSE study requirement, but you still must meet the GCSE requirements. Applicants who do not meet the two years post GCSE study at level 3 may be considered based on their satisfactory employment history, which must be a minimum of two years full time employment supported by employer evidence and deemed appropriate by the University for meeting the course of study applied for.
