This is the course for you if you want to become an expert in providing specialist investment and finance knowledge in the property industry. There is an ever-growing relationship between property, investment and financial markets; making the field increasingly dynamic and offering significant financial rewards. Throughout the course you'll develop expert property industry knowledge and skills in areas such as financial project management, financial risk management, negotiation, valuation, portfolio management and investment appraisal.
