Course summary
Our online SQE2 Exam Preparation Course is a short, intensive revision course to ensure you’re confident and fully prepared for the SQE2 assessments. It will give you the chance to practise the skills assessed for SQE2 and recap on key points before the assessment. The course will contain intensive revision sessions on advocacy, interviewing, legal writing, legal drafting, legal research and case matter analysis. This course is live streamed with the benefit of an online live tutor for all sessions. This course will prepare you for the SRA’s centralised SQE2 assessments, which will test the practical legal skills of client interviewing, advocacy, legal writing, drafting and research, and case and matter analysis. You’ll practise and develop the key skills assessed for SQE2, receive exam tips, partake in revision activities, and complete practice assessments which replicate the style and content of the real SQE2 assessments. Why choose this course?
- Confidence for the assessments, with plenty of practise in the exact type of oral and written skills assessments you’ll face.
- Benefit from our extensive experience in helping students develop the skills that will be assessed in SQE2.
- In depth lecturer guidance and support from our experienced lecturers, who are all practitioners. You'll get the chance to ask questions of our experts before the exam.
- Our online programmes will save you the time and money on commuting to and from campus and allow you to study anywhere, across devices, however you can be reassured that the course won’t be compromised on quality or be less demanding than our on campus courses.

Assessment method
"Students must already have passed SQE1 to take the SQE2 assessment and should therefore already have the legal knowledge (FLK) required for the SQE2 assessments. The purpose of the SQE2 EPC is to familiarise you, as an attendee, with the style of questions that you will encounter in the real SQE2 assessment, allow you to attempt realistic collections of such questions under an appropriate degree of time pressure and give you feedback on those questions informed in part by your attempts and those of your fellow attendees. The SQE2 EPC is a revision course. It does not seek to impart new knowledge but to test, refresh and reinforce your existing knowledge in these areas. Because the real SQE2 assessment is administered and marked by Kaplan on behalf of the SRA, the SQE2 EPC will have no direct impact upon your real SQE2 grade.
